If we can take care of our physical self in our physical world it can free up the higher selves to heal our other energy bodies. When I witness the higher selves perform healing on my clients they usually provide more insight on what the client needs to be doing in his/her daily life. This means that the healing is important from a spiritual and subconscious level but also in our physical world.
