What is hypnosis and how can it help you?

Hypnosis is a focused state of relaxation that enables you to access the extensive library of memories stored in your subconcsious mind and in hypnosis you can communicate with your higher self, which is the part of you that is all knowing. In QHHT you can experience past, fugure, or alternate lives.

So much can be accomplished in hypnosis. You can see the version of you that is already doing what you want to do in life and learn from that experience. You can eliminate unnecessary pain. You can eliminate fear. You can heal yourself. You can remove any negative energy or attachements. You can help a friend through surrogate hypnosis.
